Wide Angle Wednesday: reflections ♥

So the oven has come into play, was wondering what to blip while prepping evening meal and there ya go, yes you've got it, reflected kitchen stuff!

Been a rather scary day at work, had a young person (under 40) go into peri-arrest (this means if we didn't do something quick it could turn very nastily into cardiac arrest), the problem? Bradycardia - a very slow heart rate, at 35 beats per minute, you do not want that to happen to you! We prevented the nasty and brought the heart rate back to normal for this person by administering atropine (following the bradycardia algorithm) Phew!! The person will get home tomorrow YaY!

It's not a nice experience for the patient and most certainly not for any of us who were involved in the resuscitation attempt.

I'm now going to reflect on this experience for my portfolio....
