Swings and rings and roundabouts

A stunning display by team GB in the men's gymnastics (briefly) got a silver medal. It was soooooo well deserved but a late appeal from Japan meant we ended up with a still amazing bronze.

It really was incredible - if stressful - to watch. I've watched gymnastics all of my life but it's never had me jumping up an down shouting at my tv before.
