D of E day 3, Dunnerdale

Day 3, spent looking at Group 3, seemed logical.
After yesterday's torrential rain I had a wander along a section of the Duddon in the morning to assess the risk faced by the two groups who had crossings planned at stepping stones. Seeing all the stones were at least 6 inches under fast flowing white-water I knew I'd have to be here later to make sure they amended their plans and detoured to cross by the footbridges.
I then took the hairpin bends up to Kiln Bank Cross and had a wander around the Haws side of the Dunnerdale Fells, a fabulous complex little area I've never visited before. Quite confident I'll be back though as it was very very beautiful.
Both groups I saw did well, the dynamics have changed, they've now got different leaders, but they are also starting to become actual teams that are working together, supporting each other and starting to enjoy the process - great to see.

Thanks for all the comments and opinions on yesterday's love in the hills. My initial gut feeling was to take it away, and yet I didn't at the time.
Pondering on yesterday's comments, and looking at the blip again I've concluded that right now it feels as if the world needs a little more love, understanding and tolerance. Perhaps seeing it on Seat How will raise someone else's spirits, perhaps knowing it's there is special for someone , or just perhaps.
