The First Tomato

My mum is a tomato nerd. She used to have hundreds of plants, she claims. On the glassed-in balcony. I am not sure how she did this, or if it is even true. Anyway, this year we have kept three plants, and today the first tomato was ready. We shared it, and it was really nice.
