Piccadilly Circus

Took a walk around one of the best cities in the world and this shot evoked strong memories for me from way back when!
The centre was full of tourists as you would expect at this time of year and the sun, amazingly was shining!!
The London Underground opened in 1863 and is the worlds first underground railway system. It carries over 1 billion passengers a year with nearly 3 million journeys every day - I used the bus!!
