Backblip

We promised ourselves an 'us day' during this holiday, so took ourselves out today to Agathi beach about 20mins drive from Pefkos.
I don't generally like beaches where lots of sunbeds = lots of people but here the beds are well spaced and even after all the years we've been coming it's never full as it's quite a rough road to reach it.
The sand really is golden, sloping gently into a sea you can walk far out into and still touch the bottom. We walked/scrambled out across some rocks towards the end of the deep bay past the little church of St Agatha set into the rock face to look back on the sweep of beach taking this selfie and capturing a cloud - not many of those about!!
Ate in Tsambikos restaraunt later with Martin and two of his friends Ben & Ben ( that makes four Bens on this holiday!) another great feast!
10 of martins friends came out after the wedding to rent a villa near to Pefkos so he has spent most of his time there since they arrived, just popping down to catch up with us.
