Life goes on

Life goes on from day to day in the village whatever headlines appear on the board of the advertised local paper. Each morning there is a long procession of people arriving to collect their paper and groceries and more than a couple of dogs are tied up outside. This bonny pair belong to an elderly man with a flowerpot-like hat who used to arrive in a Robin Reliant before it caught fire one day on the lane above. He now drives another car.

The weather is on the change and a lot of rain is forecast. Tomorrow we have a FABBL inspection.
