Complexity, Intensity and Unpredictability

Anyone dealing with the NHS Continuing Healthcare may recognise these words that are used to determine whether any 'symptoms' may warrant a high enough score to avoid having to pay extortionate amounts for care.  F**k the diagnosis apparently. Or so the Lincoln ice queen told me.  Really looking forward to assessment Thursday - not.
