Last night my back suddenly went into spasm, so its been a difficult 24 hours though I managed to cope with work on very little sleep, I've been to the chiropractor as an emergency this evening and though still sore its a little better. 

 Then I've come home and made some fairy cakes (well supposed to be~but they're enormous) for a bake sale at work tomorrow!  Just waiting for the chocolate to set, then I'm off to bed....

Apologies for lack of commenting due to back issues, I can't be at the laptop too long tonight...
