War Graves
After yesterday's failed attempt to travel to North Wales we decided to try again and had a very enjoyable and interesting day. Our final stop, on the way home, was at the Church of St Margaret at Bodelwyddan.
In the churchyard are the graves of 80 Canadians stationed locally in WWI, plus British war graves of the same era as well as later military graves from WWII and the Falklands conflict.
The church is known as The Marble Church because of the 13 different kinds of marble used to create the ornate interior - see my extras.
