Courgette noodles!!

Dinner this evening is chicken and chorizo gratin, with courgettes. The centre of the courgette doesn’t get wasted, as the girls eat it!!
 
An early start to the day. 2am alarm call for B to take P into Lincoln to join a college trip to Geneva and visit to CERN. R was up before 6am to walk the dogs before going to work and the alarm went off again at 8.30 as B had an appointment in town. I wasn’t involved in any of these activities, but was woken numerous times.
   
I’ve pottered in the garden all day, not what I planned at the outset, but I worked on the principle that if I stayed on my feet I would stay awake. It’s worked so far!!!
