THE LITTLE SWALLOW.

Thank you all so very much for all the stars and hearts yesterday for Mr Fox, thrilled as he is sitting on page 2 of popular.
This morning did not start out well, as I was not feeling very well, but managed a four mile walk (really stupid), and when I got home I had to go to bed for the morning. Fine now, thank goodness. As this has happened quite a few times lately, yesterday I had some blood tests, so hope it all turns out alright. Anyway I actually saw this little Swallow on a tree and was lucky to get a blip before he was off. My extra is of the MF having a rest further up the canal.
