Bucket and spade weather…….

……for a change, so I'm off for a fossick in the garden while it holds…….

In other news: The firstborn was made redundant again yesterday due to another 'restructuring' exercise at the FE/HE college where she teaches……so, just in case you don't know how it all works, what happens is this : they change all the job titles/descriptions/responsibilities, change the names of the courses and departments on a seemingly regular (but apparently random) basis and then they throw everyone/thing up in the air and see where they land. Now, admittedly, she'll probably end up with some sort of job come the start of the new academic year, but not necessarily one she would choose……not the best start to her holidays then…..
