green and pleasant land

after sitting on the sofa and watching other people be all athletic this morning i decided to have an hour on the bike this afternoon.

followed by a a bit more sitting on the sofa watching people being all athletic.

so glad my holiday to the uk worked out to be during the olympics. we've just watched our boys get a bronze in the gymnastics. amazing. considering they weren't even expected to make the final it was pretty sweet.
