Today the five year old's were drawing themselves playing in their back yard.  They used crayons on soft paper.  I love the smell of crayons and the feel of them in the hand.  The children did a good job and we could see that everyone has a lawn and some kind of play equipment and many have dogs or cats they play with.  I really loved the little boy who drew a fluffy pink cat with red stripes in its fur.
