.....cruising round the lake.

Lovely to stop by the lake after visiting R, sometimes mum and I just need that bit of calm and tranquillity after being in the dementia care unit. R is doing well most days but still has his up's and down's and it will always be like this.

Unfortunately another back-blip, some Wednesday nights I just don't have the energy to put my blip up especially when my eyes are tired, sore and weeping after driving through the day.
