Krises Akabusi

We're in London to see the Olympics. Like many people we only have tickets for a couple of events so we have booked some other things on our spare days. Today we went to the Criterion Theatre. They are doing a series of talks by well known athletes - Kris Akabusi being one. He was very inspirational and amusing. Both me and my wife have met him before - he visited my wife's school in the 90s and stopped by my school on his way home. I took some of my young athletes to meet him briefly. we then did a lot of 'touristy' things before coming back for a well earned BBQ tonight. We're back on the tourist trail tomorrow when we go to see The Taming of the Shrew at the Globe.
