Roadtrip day 5 - Driving to Poland

I’m starting to loose the sense of time and dates. So many countries, so many hours driving, so many places.

Today we reached Warsaw, Poland. We are staying in chain hotel. It’s clean, nice and efficient. Nothing beautiful or picturesque, but everything works. Wifi is excellent. I’m trying to catch up with all the emails and whatsapp messages and, but there’s just not enough time and I need to catch sleep to be alert tomorrow.

Car has been behaving well. Roads have been in very good, and no traffic jams today. There’s road work ahead tomorrow right after Warsaw. So our plan is to see how get through that and drive to a point that feels good.

Today started with finding a vet. We managed that even when the wifi was so bad. We drove to the vet’s office when they opened up. There was almost 10 people queueing. At 11:15 we had the dogs out and we had a mark and stamp in their passports that they have been medicated properly. We now have to enter Finland during the next 4 days or we have to do it again. It’s 24 h - 120 h window that we have. So now it’s all about driving.
