Beside the seaside

We had a wee, fun visit to Whitby today. We went out on a boat trip, a replica of Cook's Endeavour, had fish and chips for lunch, ate ice cream, climbed the 199 steps to the Abbey. Lovely and sunny for most of the day, but the rain came in when we were at the Abbey.
