Going about their business

This nest is in the palm tree with the round flower that I blipped earlier in the week.  When a wasp returns to the nest one of those that remain clings to its  head and takes whatever is on offer and goes into a cell with it.  Others are busy extending the nest by building up new cells.  Apparently in the same place last year a nest like this one was found that measured 8" in diameter. This one is about 3"
