Flowers & Feet, Allington

Went to the local garden centre to buy some plants. Turns out this was a very bad idea! I had the worst attack of hayfever I've ever had. Streaming eyes, constant sneezing and a constricted throat - very unpleasant and it lasted for two to three hours. This summer I've seemed to suffer less from it most days but when I do get it it's often more severe. Luckily, after much searching I eventually found the right tablets and it slowly eased off.
