They say things happen in threes........

Tonight it was the electric heater in my bedroom that fizzed and sparked then stopped. Bring in the back-up from upstairs.

This comes on top of......

...hairdrier that fizzed and sparked and stopped working a few weeks ago

...vacuum - still at the fixits after 3 weeks

...roof leak in kitchen - friend of friend will come round and look at it at the weekend.

Hang on.........that's four things.  Heaven forbid I should be into my second round of three.
