The Sky Tonight

The wind blew from the north-west today with typical cloud cover promising a spectacular sunset. And spectacular it was. I put Maisie in the back of the vehicle because she always enjoys a ride. I drove a few kilometers to a place where I could get a clear unobstructed view to the west. I could have done with having a DSLR camera and wide angle lens with me but it is amazing how well my iPhone captured the evening sky.
