'Creme de Cassis'

A really lovely day today..beautiful blue sky, but still a cool wind. Out and about this morning and then a lazy afternoon in front of the telly, watching Wimbledon. Due to the poor weather in the past week they had a catch up mid Sunday programme.

This Dahlia is another new one for me this year and I'm really pleased with it. ' Creme de Cassis' ....aptly named. The under petals are a lovely rich blackcurrant...I will be watching it with interest as it opens fully.
