Some relief

transient:  lasting only for a short time

A rare sight at the moment: rain.  Unfortunately, it was transient and had no impact on the heat and humidity in Moscow.

That's the Triumphal Arch in background which commemorates Russia's triumph over Napoleon in 1812. Built in 1814 (in wood), rebuilt in 1829 (in stone), dismantled in 1936 (and stored), and then reinstalled at a different site in 1968.  This is what it looked like in 1848.  Less traffic.
