DERELICT SUNDAY

We were sitting here on the beach next to the fence, because there was a life guard. Next to us where umbrellas, chairs and towels that identified with the 'Pelican Hill' hotel, where you can stay for $500 a night. Now I am sure that those clients were totally surprised that they were sitting on the beach right next to this fence with those derelict homes. They were chauffeured from the hotel to the beach by a black Mercedes bus and they have a beautiful pool at the hotel. I am sure the hotel brochure did not look like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The houses belong to the CA State Park and are under protection, they cannot be demolished, they have to be restored to their original 'beauty' and they are waiting for donations.. it is 1 Million Dollars for one  house. They already did a dozen or so and they can be rented by the general public. They are usually rented out in 5 Minutes.
