Reedham

Riverside sculpture at Reedham, also it seems now home to the Humpty Dumpty brewery. A nice pint to end a nice flight, albeit not quite where I wanted to be.

Lots of strategy, decisions, and changing gear got me to my turnpoint around Norwich airspace... after which I fudged it up.

A strong crosswind but I had good height which should have got me across the unlandable (or at least one hell of a walkout) Yare estuary. Uncertainty and wanting a safe landing prevailed which kept me stuck between the literal rock and a hard place. Today's lesson - look at the geography in advance.

Thoughts were very much with Rob throughout the flight. He would no doubt have gone for it!
