Eventually

Tried a new route above Nine Mile Burn but regretted trying to go against the grain of the hills, having to walk through some very rough terrain before finally reaching East Cairn Hill where I'd been looking forward to this long run down before crossing Kitchen Moss [following the wall past the trees at the Bore Stane.] It was fun, but there was some very wet ground. Not a bad outing given the amount of beer I drank with my Italian neighbour watching the football last night.
