Poppies and their pepperpots

I didn't plan on having poppy blips two days in a row but never mind...

I'm without my bicycle today (gone in for a service before I take it on holiday with me) so didn't venture that far. I wandered over to the local farm shop to buy a few things. The poppies are still doing well at the field edges - they do seem to be having a very long season this year.

It was quite blowy and this was the best of three blips.
