"Blessed Are The Cheesemakers!"

This is Jan Anema, who with his wife, Elisabeth run a working farm/retreat center called Quinta Anema a few miles away from my sister's home, where we stopped by briefly to meet them and to buy some delicious raw Gounda cheese made by Jan from his herd of dairy cows. I felt privileged to catch some glimpses of the beauty and fruitfulness of this farm, evidence of the labor of love they have poured into this place.
