In the Golden Light of the Day

After a frost this morning we had a really beautiful day with lots of sunshine and warmth.

I would have love to gone out for a drive with John but he just wanted to stay at home. The day was spent with household chores and some reading.

This is another shot of my wonderful Hydrangea beautifully lit by the late afternoons sun. It sure has been so lovely this year with its Autumn leaves.
