There is a popular term that says "see no evil, hear no evil and say no evil". I'm not sure if it's in that order but the main reason for that is so that you don't go deaf, dumb and blind by listening to others bull sh*t, talking about others bull sh*t and seeing people do stupid sh*t.

Love each other and accept each other without having to portray yourself as a one being. People will be able to tell if you're at one with yourself as you won't be going around talking trash, looking at trash and listening to trash.
