Singing for our supper

Cheating a bit by posting a friend’s photo, and taken from afar with her mobile, at that. Still, it’s the only record I have of our participation in a choir event. It was held in the church, rather suitable as most of the songs, including those sung by the Beatles Choir, sounded decidedly churchy. Our more cheerful and varied repertoire didn’t, and went down pretty well. We came away feeling pleased with ourselves, anyway, and thinking we had done all right.
 

There was a nice bun fight afterwards and it was fun to meet people from some of the other choirs.
