Everyday I Write The Book

Something I didn't have today. But it was a good day.

Did a few photographs for my old Dance company, but exhausted towards the end, came home. Fell asleep going through the pictures withTSM. Some excellent performances and workshops; one of them was led by a French guy, who was struggling to get some audience participation. "Come on guys" he said with a provocative accented chuckle "if you want to be independent you need to dance on your own two feet".

In the evening, we dropped The Dizzle on the outskirts of Guildford and then came home via Wagamamas. Got home, fell asleep on the settee again. And I don't just mean a snooze but a deep, narcoleptic sleep.

They did say it might get worse before it got better but this is getting boring ...

On the plus side, a woman sat down next to us and said "Hi ... We've only met once but ...." I recognised her straight away. Ms P and I did a photoshoot together about five years ago for a mutual friend who was producing a local production of Return To The Forbidden Planet. She is a professional (mainly weddings) and we had become firm friends on Facebook. We also ended up sitting down with one of the waiting staff from Valencia in Spain and having a long chat about the best places to visit in that lovely country.

More and more I'm convinced that life is just about people, talking, communication, breaking bread together, laughing ... All You Need Is Love ....
