Bjørndal Gård

This is a picture I took on the walk into town of the farm (gård) we live next to. It's quite a hike, a good 40 minutes. Depending on where I get a job I might shell out for a bus pass, but it's about $80 a month. The trees there behind the sign I think used to be an orchard, but it's all overgrown now. According to the mailboxes the Bjørndal family still live there, but I don't think they do much farming anymore.

Marius and I went in to town to see The Dark Knight Rises which was a nice distraction from all the moving and unpacking. Marius starts his new job tomorrow and is a bit nervous.
