Week five - but to be clear, this shitty situation with the dog fouling in the back court of 1310-1314 Paisley Road West has been ongoing since Autumn 2011.

The dog is given free reign of the back court and is frequently left to its own devices and can be heard barking incessantly, sometimes as late as 1am.

The owner of the dog seems to shirk the responsibility she has for clearing up its shit, as this blog has been documenting.

The large quantity of shit that had built up by the end of last week was cleared on Saturday. I thought maybe the owner had done this, but when I went out this morning I noticed that the shit had not hern removed, but had simply been swept to the side. It's visible in the corner of this picture, a tidy little mound of shit by the kids' trampoline.
