Baked berry cheesecake

And for dessert... :)

I had a relaxing day off. The weather was a bit all over the place though.

I made this cheescake in the morning and then I met S for a walk to Pitemweem. The weather was glorious by then, we even had lunch outside as it was so sunny and warm. However, halfway through our walk back to Anstruther, it started to piss down. Typical! Anyway... just got a bit soaked. It cleared again later on in the evening.

I made paella (picture in extras) and baked berry cheesecake for dinner. Someone is being spoiled...  :)

The only think I don't like about preparing elaborate meals are the dishes afterwards.... I don't have a dishwasher at home..
