5.30 Run

Yes that's 5.30 in the morning, just over 3miles and all before work. However I walked it.

Last hurrah of an event, after giving up the Nottingham 10k and the Great Notts Bike ride I was glad I could fit in one last event.

Really enjoyed it, looking forwards to walking it again next year :)
