Reach for the stars

I wanted to have a go at photographing the Milky Way... and the weather was playing ball (although there was a big cloud system coming in behind me!) 

It's not as sharp as I'd like: I'm not sure whether that's down to focusing or exposure length - or more likely both. However, this is the only shot that had meteorites in, so it had to be my blip.  The glowing ball on the top of the right hand tree is actually Mars.
