A fantastic day at St Peter's on the Wall, an ancient church (654ad, grade 1 listed, possibly the oldest church & the 19th oldest building in Britain), with the children, staff and parents of St Cedd's School, Bradwell, Bishop John, Bishop Joseph & Mary (from Kenya), Martyn Payne, (master storyteller), Mark (youth adviser) and Martin (fixer). It was the annual school pilgrimage with the children walking a looooong way from school to chapel to worship, sing, play, eat & enjoy the great beach, great outdoors and not so great weather. It's very rare to hear such a compelling, passionate, engaging and interactive storyteller, Martyn is superb!
