Two Princesses of Wales...

...(well, that's where their surname comes from) gave us the most delightful thrill today, when we opened the mail. These princesses are both very kind hearted and artistically gifted and simply must know that my favourite colour is blue and that I love things that twinkle like stars and wands and best of all ...smiles. They included all these special things in the beautiful thank you cards they made for me and sent all the way from their home in America to mine in New Zealand .
Their mum admires the philosophy that teaches  the nicest and sweetest days are not those on which anything very splendid or wonderful or exciting happens but just those that bring simple little pleasures, following one another softly, like pearls slipping off a string.” My special and starry thanks to these two special princesses...Today , I have worn my pearls , thinking of you and your mum who is giving you riches beyond measure.
