Light and Shade

Our newly tar-sealed yard and car parking area is looking very good. We are keeping our vehicles off it for a couple of days. We had a heavy frost this morning. Quite a shock after warmer wet weather. I spent some time at pastel painting this morning then drove into the town centre. The first floor of the multi-story car-parking building was nearly empty. Winter sunshine shining in made for an attractive study of light and shade.
