We've had a wonderful day at the zoo. The weather held out for us and I even got a little sunburnt (right on the forehead too!)

It's easily forgotten what a privilege it is to have a zoo so close to us and doubly privileged that this one only happens to be situated in the grounds of a castle. A freakin' castle! I added an moody extra photo for you. It's not a reflection of the weather of the day. More a reflection of my experimenting with short exposure silhouettes.
