X is for Xerxes

The 'X' in todays challenge is fulfilled by music from the opera Xerxes by Handel. The opening aria is Ombra mai fu, which translates from the Italian as "Never was a shade", and is sung by Xerxes I of Persia while admiring the shade of a plane tree. I don't think the tree in the photo is a plane tree - but it's near enough to provide the second element of the this collage.
