Resident Rabbit

This little fellow/she fellow... Is out and about around my apartment... Every day
He/she...has a lovely fluffy white bobtail
Wasted day today... Waited in for the
'boiler mender' man... He came , he went
And now it's still not working properly...
( he Dane out to it last week and put a new part on it)..... Good job I'm insured .....
Looks like he will be back ... I need him ASAP... Otherwise it means a cold shower
