An interesting discovery

Since I subscribed to kindle unlimited I've been able to browse lots of photography books free of charge. Waking away a few moments before going ringing I read that if you set your camera to mono but shoot in RAW you see a black and white image on screen but shoot a colour RAW photograph. And so this is what I did. I didn't have a blip for today but you now have a very boring colour shot of my lounge which I shot as black and white. Just amazing; I can now wander around seeing everything in black and white but still put up plenty of colour landscape photographs of Guernsey on Facebook for my ex-pat friends who are no longer on the island. 

I expect you all knew that already but for me its a revelation...
