The Buddha of Suburbia

My favourite Buddhist lives in Portland, Oregon and I think of her every day not only when I see her blips but when I see our very own wee Buddha in our patio. Dd brought him in and he does bring an additional peace to the place.

My recent investment in my London trip and interview with a large global consultancy has paid off sooner than expected with me being allocated to work with two of their partners as coachees. They are both based in the Middle East and the process will comprise 16 hours of coaching each in the next year. It's a long chain of events but this would not have happened if Dd had not accepted, and made such a success of, her first Cairo project. I can't help but be excited and grateful!
