(Not) taking centre stage.

In Photographing the Lake District  Stuart Holmes calls this 'probably the most photographed tree in the Lake District. We think the fame has gone to its head a little as it moves! Compose your photo with it nicely to one side, glance down to take the picture and - low and behold- when you look at the photo the tree has moved to the centre! (If you don't believe me have a look at post cards which show it!)
Anyway, here it is not taking centre stage - just like someone we can think of who is not in the position he expected (thank goodness!) Okay, no more politics from me.
