Milo and the BFG

It was a very relaxing day.

I slept till midday. If sleeping was an Olympic sport I would be a gold medallist.

I've pottered about and not done much.

I did race around the garden in my dressing gown trying to get a suitable wet blip. I didn't but I got very wet.

As you can see the sun came out.

If you are wondering why I have a non symmetrical head, I have an asymmetrical hair cut - ie one side is longer than the other.

The thing that made me smile: A silver medal for Lizzie Armitstead in the Road Race. The conditions were appalling

Exercise: I've hula hooped, waved weights around and run up and down the drive with Milo
