The sun came out in the early evening, and later there was a sunset which I could only guess at judging from the evening sky in the west.
extra pics of ducks and a tiny bird the cat left on the doorstep. very sad about that. dont know what sort of bird it was, it had quite a longish beak and i will have to look it up. 
oh no i think it might have been a little wren :-(
